In Midland, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across Texas, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.

Midland is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Midland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It was our first time trying nitrogen ice cream, and we loved it! It’s great to have tasty options as someone who needs dairy-free. The texture was good, and the toppings were fresh. The only criticism I would add is that the interior was very worn and in need of touching up/TLC… just some small investment to keep it looking nice. Some of the furniture was chipping and the walls had dents and scratches all over.

Ooooooh this was different ! Nitrogen ice cream is my latest obsession and this place has got all the options to customize and make it your own or go with signature creations like the Cookie Monster , that actually looks like the Sesame Street character. I went with Mexican chocolate , almond milk , nuts and banana, delicious. The texture here was somewhere between shaved ice & sorbet . REALLY satisfying and yummy . Very cinnamon dominant which is my favorite. They serve all sorts of menu items here , specials , pizza , smoothies , cookies , shakes , etc . Service was great , I’d be back .

Hardly worth the amount you pay for. Almost $10 for a small?? It’s like a β€œgreat value” roll shack. Same product, fewer steps, more expensive. I was going to leave a 3 star review, but after reading the way the manager has been responding to bad reviews… Stop calling legitimate criticism β€œfake reviews” and listen to your customer base.

Loved it! I am lactose intolerant but was willing to eat ice cream. Was pleasantly surprised they had almond milk or oat milk for a base. I got a make your own with cheesecake and strawberries. Used real slice of cheesecake in the mix.

CREAMIEST Ice Cream I have ever tasted. One cup could easily be enough for two people. The ice cream is delicious and the best part is that you can make it however you like. They have a great selection of toppings and very interesting flavors that I had never tasted before. The location is really cute and clean. Expect to make a mess with the huge portions they give you. It is a bit pricey for ice cream but you do get what you pay for! It was almost $7 a head but it is worth if as a special treat. Will be going back whenever I have a sweet craving. I personally tried the honey Cinnamon ice cream (which I had never tasted before) and it was really good. I loved how they have different options for dairy as we do not drink regular cow milk.will definitely recommend!!!
